The FBI probably did the bare minimum so they could get on with their day but what else do we have to go off of? Accusations from an ex GF, and then a former employee seven years later, after he transitioned to a woman. Maybe I'm missing something but I've read pretty much all the accusations on various websites throughout the years and I don't remember there being any solid evidence. The only good evidence was that multiple women were saying the same thing. It's become more obvious that Channing has posted the same stuff under multiple aliases, pretending to be other women, former fans, etc. Just two days ago she sent a superchat to Sam asking about Marky and the upcoming MATI stream pretending to be someone else to make it seem like there are other women invested in this.

that video & some pics of Sam & Marky fucking ended up on r9k. Marky would've been 15/16 at the time. It doesn't matter what the age of consent is in whatever state. Federal law trumps the state in this context. If they're under 18 it's considered CSAM.

In your latest post you claim with no evidence that Channing wrote ALL of the negative imageboard posts about Sam but in your deleted post you condemned someone for posting information from imageboards and begged for people not to do it on the grounds that everyone knew what they said anyway!
Even though other people's posts here make clear that they didn't, btw.
How are we supposed to conclude that Channing is the source for everything if we aren't allowed to discuss what was being said without you running to scream "HEY! YOU CAN'T SAY THAT ABOUT MY E-DADDY!"?

The simple truth is that Sam's persona is such that he can probably eat any accusations that he fucked people over. That's basically part of his image. For better or worse. That means the age thing does matter in terms of people caring, the difference between if it was actually 15 or 16 does not really matter though even if it impacts whether it was legal or not to the extent anything happened (which it might not, depending on the circumstances).
That said, the suggestion from the Google Trends data would be that Sam likely has a whole new cohort of fans that have swamped the old ones. I don't think that all the shit out there about Sam is known to them. That's a wildcard. If it's true that Sam got scared and deleted the stream this week midway through, that's probably why he did it.

Two things can be true at once:
- Sam Hyde is clearly past his prime, acts sketchy as all hell, gives bad advice, and has a cringe cult of personality filled with Guntguard-tier fanboys and vape-brained zoomers.
- His disgruntled former associates are unironically shitting up the thread worse than his fanboys ever did right now by relentlessly demanding their allegations be taken seriously in the absence of anything resembling material backing.

I said she has written posts under different aliases and pretended to be multiple people at once, for years at a time on different message boards to try and create a narrative and make the situation worse than it is.
The post I deleted was criticizing a user for, once again, posting the Marky pasta, with no new details, and thinking they were posting some unknown breaking news.

Seems my previous post had the Marky images removed. Maybe that happened because she was a minor in them, but I'm not sure. In any event, here they are with her eyes blacked out. I intended to mention that these images used to be easy to find if you looked up "Sam Hyde Marky," but they're now harder to find. Based on what former employees of Sam said, he does try and manage his SEO, so it's not farfetched that he's purposely doing whatever he can to get these images out of the front page. The narrative seems to be that all of this was made up by Channing, who became an amalgamation of every crazy ex Sam has ever mentioned during his HW episodes and streams. However, Channing was intermittently around anywhere from 2009 all the way to 2016/World Peace, as videos on her YouTube account, where many of the accusations first surfaced, show that she was backstage and recording some of the bands for the show. How is this explained? Were they together this whole time? Doesn't add up under scrutiny. I've yet to see certain evidence that they were ever actually dating posted online. What is the case is that people trust Sam's words -- or lack thereof -- more than they trust that of Channing's, and fair enough. People feel like they know Sam to an extent from following his online presence, and they trust him to reflect the morality he vaguely espouses in his content. But, again, judging solely from what we can see for ourselves and not from what anyone has claimed, this is dubious. For example, in his DeviantArt account, he had favorited a post from a bondage account called "boundNbarefoot":

I guess I'm just overestimating the FBI's interest in Sam. I imagine that if le Nazi man was having legitimate accusations levied against him they would investigate it thoroughly. I have a hard time believing Sam has CP material and flaunts it at his company that's had it's share of disgruntled employees, more than one of them reporting him to the FBI for this, and the only investigation was "Hey bro do you have CP please tell us the truth we are gonna take your word for it."
I don't believe Sam is an innocent guy, I think he has a pretty clear pattern of being a weird psycho faggot. I just have a hard time believing the underage related allegations because there has been active posting about it for a decade without solid evidence . In my opinion it seems like he has legitimately abused a bunch of BPD women and trannies. In their attempt to convince his sycophantic fans, they have exaggerated their claims and stories and in the process have alienated most 3rd party onlookers from ever taking claims seriously.

Also, people like to bring up Evan, the transexual who created the sh1team website, which claimed Sam and the rest of 1Team were "bigots" as part of why the accusations against Sam aren't trustworthy. That point betrays itself since Sam was the one who hired Evan, which adds to the pile of things that point to Sam being a lot less rigorous about his beliefs than he presents himself to be. Another 1Team-related issue is bicflame, who has publicly said he would continue to support Rozz Dyliams even after Rozz was revealed to be a pedophile. The rest of the stuff on that website is pointless to bring up, with maybe the fact that they're all admitted drug users as an honorable note since Sam has discredited his exes/former employees by calling them junkies.
