It geniunely pisses me off how needlessly obtuse Charls is all the time. I swear its like half the shit coming out of his mouth is utter nonsense. With that said I'm glad the boys are back. It wouldn't be the same if it were just Sam and Nick even if those two are leagues more entertaining than Charls.

I'm looking forward to WP2 just so I can see whether it's possible at all to recreate that kind of lightning in a bottle WP was and meet a similar level of quality 6 years later, when Sam now runs with zoomers, Charls is a schizo and Nick is a bald salesman.
It seems unimaginative to call it WP2 but I guess it might be intended to draw some people back in who saw the original WP and then never followed Sam or the crew again after it got shitcanned.

I think it will be better than the first season. So much insane shit has happened since then and the world has changed a lot. The boys have a lot of material to use and with Chuck back in the fold I think it will be amazing.

Edit: + they won't be under the constraints of Adult Swim or any other mainstream network hopefully.

Sometimes constraints can be good. They can make you think harder about how to implement your idea in an efficient way. Sometimes allowing artists to set their own schedules can lead to broken promises and lackadaisical work schedules that result in nothing of value being produced in a matter of years (see John K). Fortunately, the crew seems pretty laser focused on getting the ball rolling and I'm feeling really optimistic after Hayden appearing on PGL and Chuck officially announcing that he's made amends today. I think that we're going to see some pretty stark differences in the way things are cut this time around at the very least.

Even Chuck during his rant couldn't deny that Sam is great at making things happen. The constraints I was talking about were more so creative constraints and having to censor or change things to be within certain guidelines.

Fitting that he ended up working with SH then, considering most people can't tell when Sam is being serious. The truth is most of the "wiggers" in Sam's crew bring a lot of talent to the table. They do a lot of productions work, audio, post-production, social media etc and they're in on the jokes and humor. Plus they've been making names for themselves individually, playing concerts and working with bigger artists. They've done a lot to keep the MDE brand relevant. Their influence will bring World Peace 2 to a wider, younger audience.

And yes, there are artists and crews who refuse to work with Joeyy and Bic because of their association with Sam. Every week or so someone will post the markie vid or the "Sam donated to a literal nazi" in Joeyy discussion threads - but nobody cares. The music, the art, the culture they've created through MDE is too powerful to be stopped now.
