The biggest problem I have no idea how they'll write around is the Staff of Creation.

You see everyone in RWBY is clinically retarded so Salem will have evil CTE and it won't be brought up.

salem tries to use the staff of creation but she doesn't have any blueprints so she either gets nothing or something completely different from her wishes. this makes the staff essentially useless for her.

You only need blueprints if it's something that doesn't already exist, otherwise Salem can just point to a big mountain and say "Create one of those in space over Vacuo" and kick start the Ice Age.
