Pakis rape your daughter to death with dogs, you want him dead and gone, and that's 'extreme'? I'd say it's normal. A return to form, even.I agree with him but I'm a kiwifarmer and we tend to skew more extreme.
I don't know if I'm arrogantly delusion for saying this, or completely accurate. But I'm coming to the conclusion that there are a lot of people who just straight up "think" in the way they're told to think. They do what they view as 'good' because that's what they've been trained to do. They're not fully capable of holding two conflicting views of the world at the same time, or to make decisions they feel morally uncomfortable with for the greater good. So they follow the prevailing message and if the message shifts, they'll shift. They almost won't even know they're doing it.As an outsider who doesn't know what the word on the street is, I sometimes worry that his comments about the death penalty might drive away people who consider it a bridge too far. I agree with him but I'm a kiwifarmer and we tend to skew more extreme.
Holding two conflicting views (as opposed to entertaining two opposing views) is called cognitive dissonance and it violates the law of non-contradiction. Anyways, the NPCs do have cognitive dissonance; for example, immigrants are a net benefit for society and demographic analysis is racist (how can we talk about net benefits without analysis?).They do what they view as 'good' because that's what they've been trained to do. They're not fully capable of holding two conflicting views of the world at the same time, or to make decisions they feel morally uncomfortable with for the greater good.

(to be clear, I'm also American (hope we get a Rupert for jeets))No, I'm sorry, I didn't write that out well. I meant that I know a lot of people still cling to the moral high ground, and worried Lowe supporting killing them might cause naive people to think "is that necessary? We can solve the problem already if we get rid of them/jail them. Killing people makes us just as bad as them!". The mindset that gets us into this mess.
I personally think all of you have earned your own personal purge where you can legally brutally torture whatever brown person happens to get near you. While recording it for us Americans to enjoy.
This was a bad thread to make that comment in. You see calls for blood and bizarre tortures on here often and so it's hard to determine whether people not on here have reached the blood boiling level of hatred yet.
That's a little unfair on the dog, will a shovel full of pig shit do?Throw a dead dog in with them in the mass graves. Dogs are unclean and it is an instant shortcut to hell. The US generals in Afghanistan learned that trick to deal with the insurgents early on. It wasn't good enough to kill them, you had to desecrate their corpses to make their voodoo tier magic religious fear kick in.
Possibly, yes. The thing is to make damned sure the survivors know you're doing it.That's a little unfair on the dog, will a shovel full of pig shit do?
Team him up with this man and shit will get done... He'd easily go ballistic on the sham that his party got reduced to as well as the Banking cartel considering his previous track record.(to be clear, I'm also American (hope we get a Rupert for jeets))

They are very capable of the latter, much more so than the average person. It's common to see leftists self-righteously bragging about "holding their nose" to vote for awful candidates, and viciously condemning anyone who couldn't bring themselves to do it. They knowingly elected a dementia patient to the highest office in the US, for god's sake. They're not fully capable of holding two conflicting views of the world at the same time, or to make decisions they feel morally uncomfortable with for the greater good.
I'd seen complaints about the HIGNFY clip but hadn't watched it. It was so much worse than I expected because it was so clearly scripted in advance and none of them had the acting chops to make it seem even slightly off the cuff. I haven't watched the show in about twenty years, and while it was never completely spontaneous, I don't remember it being that completely rehearsed.Last week, Have I Got News for You acknowledged the party, and it's a neat illustration of the BBC's antipathy towards Restore.

I know plenty of people like this but they're not the ones I'm talking about. Those people have managed to tie themselves up in knots convincing themselves of something that they know is a lie. They are actively suppressing what their own eyes and ears tell them, in order to continue with their ideological certainties. They are very capable of the latter, much more so than the average person. This dovetails nicely with something I forgot to include yesterday. Last week, Have I Got News for You acknowledged the party, and it's a neat illustration of the BBC's antipathy towards Restore.
