Even more than other SJW-infested forums, RPGnet has perfected the art of being humorless scolds. The forums have a culture of obnoxious pedantry, and of course relentless snitching. I would not be afraid to bet on the report coming from the third guy in the first image. That's Matt.Ceb, German antifa activist, and self-appointed forum weasel.
