You could extrapolate that out to anything, both coming and going. Obesity, smoking and diabetes for example that are all major killers. Was your BMI too high when you went to a hospital? no insulin for you. Your health is now government business because it's a cost-cutting measure.

The non-trolling answer is that if you're vaccinated, even if you do get infected your T cells should be pre-primed against the disease and bum rush it before it can get established. So in addition to a reduced chance of infection, you have a reduced chance of being affected if you do get infected. "Immunity" is an overly-simplistic concept when you're dealing with a system of trillions of cells and dozens of organs.
You've left out the part that there's several strains of the virus, now. And that a vaccine isn't designed to be a cure, by definition.
