Meanwhile on Twitter, @Miffythegamer still valiantly defending his reputation as a dim creepy troll.
Jeffrey Archer actually wrote some bangers, even if he relied too much on twist endings.
Trannies always claim that any law on trannies will involve genital inspections. Never once has a biological sex check for a sport involved looking at genitals.
Although male or female, they are going to examine your genitals at some point. They don't want to find you have something like an inguinal hernia and are at risk of serious injury if you play physical sports.

I recently learned that Alan Moore once did a Harry Potter parody in his League of Extarordinary Gentlemen comic. It was about Harry actually being the antichrist and all his school adventures were a deliberate ploy by Voldemort to distract him from it. The storyline was heavily panned because despite being a Harry Potter parody, it revealed that Moore has no idea what Harry Potter is actually about and just wanted to be edgy.

This actually has nothing to do with TERF madness, he hated Rowling's work long before it became cool. I wonder if it would've went over better today in this era of baby rage.

I imagine it would be just as worthless now as it was then. The only ones who would watch would be the retards who hate Rowling for the troonschism. Besides, it would backfire like Rorschach did in his magnum opus.

For a guy who doesn't like religion, he certainly preached to the choir. Get it?

I'm apparently one of the few people who actually likes the LOEG movie because I never read the comic and the movie had Sean Connery in it and a sexy vampire chick. I'm easy to please.

Latest thing on Twitter I guess. All in Rowling's mentions this morning - of all places.

I thought it was fine. It's a cheesy superhero movie with classic book characters...also there's way less rape than the book, so that's more palatable.

Oh I'm sure this book recommendation request will be filled with sane and thoughtful comments

Surprisingly, about half the comments sidestep the gender conversation, with readers either loving the books or feeling that they're a bit above mid. The other half of course are just here to hate the TERF.

(Incidentally, the sane comments here are why I have yet to try these whenever I get the thriller itch since there's always more Karin Slaughter but I'm sure I will one day)

I loved the movie and read the comic because of it. Big mistake.

Every sane person to whom I've spoken about them has nothing but good things to say, and apparently the television miniseries was very good as well. They're on my very long list of things to read.

Nothing to do with Rowling really but just spotted a whole swarm of these in someone else's mentions. No attempt at subtlety, all plugging an OnlyFans apparently.

Why would you spam the same thing with identikit accounts in the same thread? Do you have to pay a premium service for the spammers to do it intelligently?

They love pushing the narrative that JK secretly wants to be a man.

I remember reading the very comic and can provide some context.

Moore was, to nutshell it, a complete boomer who felt that what he grew up with was totally the best stuff and was not a fan of what modern British adventure fiction, especially boys' fiction, had become. His Potter parody was basically a mean-spirited diss at it. It's worth noting he also had issues with James Bond per an earlier unflattering incorporation of the character into the last couple volumes, Moore clearly preferred the masculine-yet-gentlemanly adventurers of the imperial era like Quatermain and Bulldog Drummond.

You're right on it being panned, as the dude admitted he didn't bother with most modern media and fiction of the time - but for sake of honesty this was just before Woke became a thing in society and so in this case the dude was less a SJW-type but more just being curmudgeonly as hell.
