I still can't get over the the fact that he referred to his mom as a stinky pussy fat cunt. I feel sorry for Gail for having to put up with his behavior, I know she's not the best parent but she's not a bad one either. If I called my mom that, she would have whooped my ass and thrown me out of the house.

In the past year or so, FAN has been way more consistent in his "relationship" with Jace than any of his real life friends. That plus the fact that they both live in New England probably gives Jace a weird feeling of kinship with FAN. I mean he can't count on his high-school friends or Rob to spend with him, but FAN's always gonna be online to shit on Jace.

It is nice to see that Jace has grown up enough to realize that someone with a different opinion doesn't need to be your most hated enemy. Of course the reality is he is desperate and looking for anyone to help him. FAN just fits the profile; He's someone Jace knows, he is an adult, he has his life together, he isn't in the Deagle Nation which is why he has his life together, and he isn't constantly *yawn* on feces. At least if FAN is ever desperate for money or a reality TV show deal he knows who to turn to.

It looks like being homeless would help but is not a requirement. FAN.. he seems to be looking to you for guidance, what if you told him you had a sick plan that would get him his own place with way better rules than failgail #easymoney. I suspect this might eat most of his tugboat at first but that maybe he can transition into regular section 8 after he's had a minute to get his head on straight.
 
Buy an abandoned/foreclosed home in Detroit for like $10.
Rig the whole place up with cameras.
Rent it to Jace for free.
Start a Deagle Nation Patreon, which is what actually pays for it.

I think it says something about Jace's normal interactions with his friends that he thinks offering whores and money will convince FAN to let him live with him.

We did already pretty much figure Jace only has friends because he pays them off in some way, but its intriguing (and kind of sad) to see that it's to the point he expects all social exchanges to be based on some material value.

Jokes aside. Being closely supervised by someone else other than his mother is even worse for Jace in the end. The people in those permanent supportive housings do know how to cope with a rowdy schizo teenager that smokes weed and doesn't take his meds. Gail has no spine and can control his actions to a limited extent . Jace doesn't want to get better, he just wants to do whatever he wants.
