Jeremy's take is not only horrible, but made worse knowing he still has a ton of baggage he can't bring up or he'll just end up presumably making things at RT worse. If you cared about your mental health you would have uninstalled Twitter and have gone on to do literally anything else, but it's easier to cope, seethe, and lexapro then it is to actually be in some kind of group therapy.

He is also doing the complete opposite of completely shutting down any discussion of mental illness. By talking about it incessantly, especially on twitter the worst platform to discuss it on, he is making his whole identity about the mental illness and encouraging others to do the same.

This predictably only makes the mental illness more difficult to cure. Its always about having a healthy middle ground, which Jeremy seems insistent on never having.

Its the thing he is blaming for his panic attacks it seems, yes.

The reality is that he is working for a failing company filled with toxic assholes and is clinging to it because it was a huge part of his younger years despite it transforming into something terrible that he allowed, or actively helped, to turn it into. That is the real reason for his panic attacks, but he would rather avoid, misdirect and cope than admit the only thing that will help him would be to quit and find a more productive/fulfilling job.
