It is not double jeopardy to charge a child pornography defendant for possessing both a bundled computer file and the many individual images stored within the bundle, the 5th DCA said.
Ronald Farnham argued that it was improper for the state to charge him with possessing individual pictures that were compressed and stored together within a single “zipped” computer file. Farnham contended that possession of the individual pictures did not fall within the statutory language of section 827.071(5), which prohibits the “possession of each such photograph, motion picture, exhibition, show, representation or presentation.”

The DCA disagreed, concluding that the state’s charging decision fell properly within the legal parameters regarding units of prosecution since the language of section 827.071 relates to possession of “a” pornographic photograph or other representation. The DCA also concluded that the state’s filing of separate charges against Farnham for his possession of both the full “zipped” file and the individual images contained within that large file was authorized because both offenses fell either within the definition of the term “presentation” or the term “representation” for purposes of the statute.

I have a sneaking suspicion he's exaggerating what he did in the intelligence community. Plus I suspect he didn't leave of his own free will. If someone with access to real classified information starts screaming about Lizard People, the folks in charge get nervous. He probably had his security clearance revoked. It doesn't take much to have an investigation started because of something you've done. Also if you are moving departments or otherwise are going to be exposed to a different set of information they will recheck your clearance. Most people think clearances fall into 3 levels, confidential, secret, and top secret. But this isn't the case, there are many levels which usually require "temporary" clearances. Someone with a secret clearance can be exposed to a lot more sensitive info than someone with a top secret, it all depends on their active temp clearances.
Trust me, no one quits cushy jobs like nsa it guy. He was probably making 6 figures for doing nothing and getting free benefits along the way.

Just a brief update, but Ronald was arrested on 8/27/2016 in Augusta, Georgia (Richmond County) for obstructing an officer and criminal trespassing. Both charges are just misdemeanors, but c'mon, we all know he was just set up by the Global Industrial Military Complex/NWO/Illuminati/Shapeshifting Lizard People. #FreeRonald2016
