I like the beat in the first video more and sat through it. The bit I heard from the Beeb is autotuned so that instantly discredits it. At least make the music interesting.

Does Bieber still draw an audience? I kinda forgot him until he admitted to having spots or something.
 
I do not know who Roddy Ricch is, but that Bieber song is fucking awful. So, I have to go with the first song.

He's had some successful collaborations over the last couple years, but he hasn't put out any new solo stuff in quite a while. His last album was pretty successful, though, both commercially and critically.

I don't know how this new album will sound, but this song is a real step back from his more recent material. Like you say, it just isn't interesting.
