She is a paid monthly member and on top of that, during live streams many times she will donate large amounts of cash money. During Dr. Robs journey in Australia, she even let him stay at her home during the trip along with the jeet, Aditya.
Shelley is a true and honest ride or die fan. Moderating every single stream, donating money through super-chats regularly, and even starting a GoFundMe for the honorable Dr. Rob so he could get a scooter. If I'm not mistaken, the scooter model Monk bought with this money is called Yamaha N-MAX, which I heard him say in a recent livestream but havent clipped yet. (A)

Before we only knew about the whales giving superchats but looking at the donors for the GoFundMe, it is apparent that was only the tip of the iceberg. At first the donations are reasonable and then you see massive amounts of money pour in. This all occurs in the same month as it began which shows the fervent loyalty of his whales.
Another interesting tidbit, there was another GoFundMe made 13 days prior to this one that got paused. Dr. Rob wasn't impressed so he employed the ever loyal Miss Shelley to do his bidding.

Monkman is in need of donations!!! First he says he is going to end stream if he doesnt get a 100 dollar donation. (Didnt he only need 20 that he later turned into 30.) Suddenly he goes over about wanting to break his phone for not getting a donation. It ends up with it being the longest retarded countdown ever. (it got cut off at the end but he just ends streams and doesnt break his phone.
At first Monk was a little bit disturbed by the amount of admiration he was receiving from this woman, but some level of hero worship is always okay. Let's all help get Dr. Rob to that million dollars!

I'm sure there are more accounts than these three but it will take time to find them.
