In the proper second season of GI Joe, Dr. Mindbender, Destro, and the twins Tomax and Xamot are all fed up with Cobra Commander's failures. In a 5 part episode called Arise, Serpentor, Arise!, Dr. Mindbender has a strange dream where he encounters in turn a strange helix of lights, and then a giant grey Cobra Commander that crumbles to dust when he throws a test tube full of unknown orange liquid at it that suddenly appears before him. Then he goes to where the lights are, and realizes he's looking at a strand of DNA. He meets with Destro, Tomax, and Xamot upon awakening from this crazy dream, and reveals his plan to create a new leader out of the DNA of conquerors of the past - like say Alexander the Great, Ivan the Terrible, Genghis Khan, Napoleon, etc. This is what Bob is referring to when he talks about the Republicans "Cobra Commandering" Drumpf and making Huwhite Supremacist Serpentor. (What are they going to do, get the DNA of Senator Robert W. Byrd, George McGovern, LBJ, George Wallace, etc? Oh wait, those were DEMOCRATS, lol)

Ok so I don't know everything about Bobs deep lore, can someone please explain why Bob keeps saying all that shit about how the "physically strong meatheads are in charge while the intelectuals are in chains"? To me that sounds extremly retarded, so retarded that even someone like Bob would realise how retarded it is, he's saying that in the motherfucking US of A the /fit/ people rule, nigga one of the most well known American stereotypes is about how fat they're and how they treat fast food restaurants like some kind of holy places of worship, even the US govermnent is filled and ruled by overweight people, the fit people are in the minority.

Ancient phylosophers, specially the Greek ones greatly encouraged men to become physically fit and were always harsh and critical of the obese citing them as slovenly and disgraceful, these men also led by example, you can see in all their statues how absolutely ripped they were.
I wonder what would happen if you somehow managed to bring one of these philosopers to our time and made him have a chat with Bob, it would probably end with someone commiting suicide, either the philosoper after seeing the state of Bobs body or Bob after seeing an extremly smart and athletic person tear apart his entire existence, or the philosopher could just beat Bobs ass out of pure disgust.

Let's be honest, IQ tests don't really show how smart a person is. For example, Charles Manson IQ test was 190 or something and that fucker could barely read or even write, Einstein IQ test was really low, and yet he's a known scientist. Many people, not just Bobo, have called out IQ tests before that they don't really show a person's smarts properly.

Your post intrigued me so I looked into these supposed IQ test scores. Charles Manson scored 109 when tested as a juvenile and 121 when tested as an adult. He has developed a reputation for being very intelligent because of his ability to influence other people. Albert Einstein was never formally tested but his IQ is estimated as between 160 and 190. He has a reputation for having a low IQ because he failed out of university and took a menial job as a clerk in the Swiss patent office. In retrospect, he was obviously bored at school because of his immense intellect.
Formal IQ tests as we know them today have only existed since the time of WW1. The US military had them developed in order to more efficiently sort the huge number of draftees (many of whom were illiterate or did not speak English) who were entering military service into the proper branch or specialty (read, dummies in the infantry). These same tests were later expanded into use to sort people for schooling and job opportunities. Do they measure intelligence? Don't know, maybe. Do they accurately predict success? Yes, and this is the main reason that they are no longer legal to use for hiring decisions in the US outside of the military (the ASVAB is an IQ test).

With Charles Manson, the only reason usually the media said he was very intelligent in influencing people because his targets were a bunch of dopped up-spoiled kids and this was during the whole Hippie age, hell he wasn't even original in that concept because he picked this schtick up from a series of books written by one guy, Dainego or something. So really, what Charles did was pretty much what all those "you can become super rich" motivational speakers now do on daily basis, it's less about being intelligent and just trying to pull some fake charisma while making people think the ideas you spout are their own.

I think most people realize that IQ isn't the end all be all for intelligence. The matter at hand is that if Bob even had a modestly high one we would never hear the end of it. And it does not fit in at all with his stupid=evil good=smart philosophy he has going.
As others have said it's mostly projection. But he rationalizes with the idea that we as a society through automation and medical advances will evolve beyond the need for physical fitness of any sort. Which hilariously reminds me of how the humans in wall-e lived.
