I might be late with this one, but actress Caitlin O'Heaney has passed away May 18th at the age of 73. She was in "Wolfen", "Three O'Clock High", "Tales of the Gold Monkey", and played Snow White in the bizarre short-lived sitcom "The Charmings". She was also appeared in the TV series "Beauty and the Beast" and "Alien Nation".

(I'll always be grateful to Jeff Lynne for single-handedly breathing life back into George Harrison's recording career. Lynne, along with Todd Rundgren, is at the pinnacle of record producers.)
 

Artist John Blanche has died at 78. He was one of the founding fathers of grimdark art and effectively defined the feel of Warhammer 40,000 with his illustrations, such that there's now an entire subgenre of illustration and miniature painting called Blanchitsu that aims to copy his style. He made some of the most iconic images of that universe, including this one:
