Kazakh actor Murat Bisembin, a man that you probably have seen from this legendary picture, passed away on the 7th of January, 2026, at the age of 53 after a prolonged battle with cancer.

Actress Cora Sue Collins has passed away at the age of 98. She was a child star, appearing in "The Scarlet Letter" (1934) with Colleen Moore, and was the focus of a spooker voodoo movie, "Black Moon" (1934) with Fay Wray and Jack Holt. Among other things, she also appeared in "Magnificent Obsession" (1935), "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" (1938 ), "All This and Heaven Too" (1940), and "Week-end at the Waldorf" (1945). That was her last picture, opting out of Hollywood after being pressured (unsuccessfully) to visit a "casting couch". Her complaint was dismissed as unimportant by studio head Louis B. Meyer, so she quit. By all accounts, she had a happy life after her Hollywood career.
