I still have my Industrial Society and Its Future book in my garage. Ted may have been an anarchist, but it's both insane and prophetic how right he turned out to be, regarding the overpoliticization and oversocializtion of American and technological culture.

It would be insane to say Rest In Peace, since I know his words will probably live longer than the rest of us on here.

Ted created one of the great moral dilemmas of our age - does the fact that he was correct justify what he did? If he'd been more reasonable nobody would have heard what he had to say, he'd just be another academic writing a paper nobody would read. He knew that and did what he did because of it.

Ted was in my view one of the most terrifyingly intelligent people to ever live. He sacrificed himself, and sacrificed others, in a plan that worked perfectly. We know what he had to say because of the awful crimes he committed. He was right, we all know he was right, and what he did was wrong and we have to mentally square that circle somehow.

In the end, Ted outsmarted us all.
