Robb would do that for free if you suggested it to him, he's desperate to be acknowledged as the qyeen (king) of the trolls.
 
Let's be reasonable here: how would Rob even go about digging up Patti?

1. Wasn't he like, a 105 skeleton before the drugs kicked in? I'm pretty sure he's too weak to move the branch covering Patti's grave.
2. He's also probably too weak to actually dig up anything.
3. Even if the above were false, how would he get to Ruckersville in the first place? He doesn't have a driver's license, and while his mom has driven him to tranny sex parties before, I don't think she'd be willing to drive him to Chris's house to dig up a seven-year-old dog corpse.
 
And most importantly: he'd be trespassing on private property and breaking the law, not that Rika has any respect for the law, what with the prostitution, use of illicit drugs and threatening people. The Chandlers have had a private property sign on their property since the house tour, so obviously they're paranoid about trespassers.

It was a joke. I did it for the lulz.

Update: Rika OD'ed on Prozac and estrogen.
 
I doubt he died, but he may have gone to the hospital. Himawari and some other people who live in his area called an ambulance for him. Katsu was talking to him and urging him to get to the hospital, but Rika, being the idiot he is, kept whining about not seeing Rio's picture.

shutupman said Prozac isn't fatal except in very large dosages (he seems to know) and I don't know what the effects of an estrogen overdose are, but I don't think it's fatal. Christ-ian and others more familiar with Rika than I am said he often fakes suicide attempts for attention and pity.
 
If you read the chat log, he had a dream that Rio came to his house and said "NOBODY IS HOME" or something and it really freaked him out. If you don't know what happened yesterday people said Rio looked better than Rika and he freaked out, insulted people and demanded to see Rio's picture, but nobody showed him the picture and he was banned.

Pretty much Rika has done drugs for so long that he's having psychotic episodes. I hope he's admitted to a mental hospital and gets some help, he really needs it.
