And there are two pretty easy and not too expensive ways that she could make herself look 100% better. Firstly, get her eyebrows waxed and tinted by a professional. It's not that expensive and it would open her eye area and feminise her face (she should go for a natural shape and not have them made too thin.) Secondly, get human hair wigs. Synthetic wigs just look cheap and obvious. Human hair wigs can be expensive but, if she doesn't mind trying out different styles, some online companies have awesome deals in their overstock and sales.
