This could be awkward. Dan Harmon and company were quick to start spilling tea about how much they hated his guts after the charges were announced. Do I smell a potential lawsuit?

This outcome is way better than if he had been found guilty.
Now Adult Swim is put in the awkward position of either trying to rehire him in spite of everything, or staying the course and letting one of their biggest shows crash and burn because they can't admit they were wrong. If they go with the second option, they'll probably pretend that Roiland really is guilty but patraichy let him get away with it, which could possibly open them up to a defamation lawsuit. If they try to hire him back, you know Roiland is going to make some steep demands of them because he has all the leverage now.
Also, shocking twist that the male feminist wasn't a sexual abuser for a change.

Honestly it’s enough to convict him but it proves things are ridiculously sus all the same. I think Adult Swim will be reluctant to hire him back even with that on his conscience.

Honestly Rick and Morty is such an enormous franchise as of this point they could easily find a new voice amongst the tons of impersonators they have.
He seems a bit off, even if they made some type of joke about it, and I actually think it's better than Roiland's exact dumbass jaded Rick voice he used
