Honestly, I think it's kind of stupid for all these people to be posting all the problems with his case directly at him on twitter where they know he'll see it. Let him think he's got this in the bag right up until the moment he gets blown the fuck out in court, then mock him off the internet. That would be way funnier.
Also, Wegmans deserves so much better than Zaid's endorsement, I feel so bad for them.

I agree about it being stupid and harming both Mayer's chances and reducing the amount of lols. Unless you need to log in to see this thread, even us talking here is doing that. As the saying goes "Never interrupt the enemy when he's making a mistake.". But at the same time, these guys are so deluded, so full of themselves, so certain that their cause is just that it really doesn't matter. It's been something like 6 years since the SJW infestation got to the point where people started resisting it, and nothing has managed to shake these SJWs from their delusions. GamerGate, Sad Puppies, Ghostbusters, Brexit, Trump, non of it made a dent. It's Okay To Be White and okay = white power were obvious bait, and they were told it was bait, and they bit anyway.
I don't know for sure, but at some point someone, somewhere, must have pulled Waid aside and said "Listen, this case is open and shut. The best thing for you, your cause, and your career is to settle and keep this as quiet as possible.". If someone did say that to him, Waid would've thought about it, nodded in agreement, and then post on twitter how he's going to take that kkkomicsgate down in court. He probably already has the champagne on ice for his victory party.
