He has the right to say idiotic things in public as part of his representation. Some judges don't like it but it would generally be unconstitutional to order them not to do it without a good reason. Lawyers have gotten away with accusing the judge of being "drunk on the bench" (Yagman) and even a Nazi.

The latest mass shooter is being reported as a former marine so i fully expect Zaid to blame Zack and 'Jawbreaker' for the act soon. That should go over well.
