I know one troon who use 子 in her name. Not a Japanese, actually, but used to live in Japan for a few years. His Japanese is actually quite good, but he's annoying to work with. Extreme mood swings, always want to be in control, expressing jealousy towards girls cuter than him, family issues, etc. You know, typical troon stuffs.
