RTU gets a lot of popularity though because of how regularly he starts shit with people. It's to the point where people speculate he does it on purpose solely for attention. Like when he started drama with Keemstar for basically no reason.
 
ReviewTechUSA is pretty funny to me. He doesn't review tech, he barely covers game/tech news, the gameplay videos he puts over him talking are always bad, he calls out other people all the time, and lacks any self-awareness when he criticizes others for doing the same.
He's not really too special when it comes to being a Lolcow though. Just an average attention whore.

In all honesty... I don't disagree with him here.

Specifically in society today we focus a huge amount on instant gratification. We want things instantly and we don't want to have to work for them. "Invincibility modes" are an example of this in games. Which defeat the purpose of having a game and just let you complete it.

And I disagree with having these modes in games because it also removes all tension from the player if he can't experience tension in the gameplay. How threatened am I supposed to be of a villain if I take no damage from him? That sort of thing.

I recognize "people want it, devs implemented it. Don't use it if you don't want it" but the fact there was a need to put it into the game makes me really worry about the future if people want their games to play themselves.
 
Apparently Rich used to do prank phone calls to gamestop with a friend of his. You know despite everything, I at least thought Rich was mature enough to not do something as childish as prank phone calls.

For those of you who have a good memory. He did this once before with Square Enix. He posted a video where he was critical of Final Fantasy XIV and once he was paid to review it, changed his mind completely about it.

To be fair he only spoke crap on the previous video.
The fx 8350 is a budget gamer CPU with lots of over clocking headroom, saying it's crap is completely unfair.
For single GPU that cpu is very good.
However if you only play cpu intensive shit like simulators,then you need a i5.

You're talking about a guy who wasn't aware that a person's network didn't impact a person's framerate and that latency was a separate thing entirely. RTU barely understands tech and frequently assumes things that he gets called out on constantly.

So ReviewtechUSA called some dude at Polygon out for playing really poorly in the newest Doom game and then cried like a bitch when he got blocked for it.

Then someone spliced a video of RTU's own shit gameplay in the past.


It's also been speculated the sole reason he called this dude out on Twitter was just to get Polygon to write about him in some way to get more attention.
