The new verification system is in: you have to provide a hand picture depicting your skin color while it's over a copy of Mein kampf with a paper saying the date and time.
And Null better invent zero-trust kysc (know your skin color) while he's at it.

Could be a start for something beautiful. :optimistic:
Question: do I still have to pay Null if I hook up with them before their registration goes through? Asking for a friend.

Any public facing projects have to be resistant to troons screeching at the hosts
Sure do but it's not hard to host your own git repository and there should be cheap enough troon-proof hosting providers out there for something this small. I assume there are at least some more complications to doing this just for its association with the forum, which is why my curiosity urged me to ask about it.

The change is annoying but I understand why it was done. I can't use off-the-shelf temp email services because none of them want to send mail, because of spam. Plus the first time I tried it it complained about IP addresses not matching because I did it from two devices and I had to wait to resend it

Since this is for verifying email addresses on signup, you should in theory be fine sticking with a receive only address that's already verified.
It al so applies to changing emails, which I should've done long ago because I was stupid to reuse a burner email
