Feedback Resolution or bit rate limit for uploaded videos

The server is sometimes shitty like that. Kiwifarms.ru version of the site seems to work a lot better when things are buffering.

Using the server to post process videos would most likely lag the shit out of everything, so your only recourse is to up your donations piggie so that null can get more hardware.

I'm not talking about re-encoding the files. Simply reject files with too large of a resolution, similar to what 4chan does (but with less retarded rules)

Sometimes you need that definition, even just for a few seconds, if it makes the difference to make a detail out.
