The trailer for my most anticipated movie of this year is finally here.
I have high hopes for this.
Please, don't fuck this up, Hollywood.

I actually want to see this and I'm not one for watching movies often unless the wife wants a date night. I can't even remember the last mainstream movie I watched. Spider-Man No Way Home maybe? That was the third Spider-Man movie right? I still have like a dozen movies from 2021 I still have to watch and maybe six for 2022. I'd rather just read/ listen to books. Before No Way Home I think 2018 or something was the last movie I watched.
Edit
Yup 2018, that's when the second Antman movie came out.

This screams “leftover from DUCU”
The full power quip got a chuckle out of me

I don't know. Cage hasn't done anything good since Mandy, and even that had very little to do with Cage (he was fine, but it would've been just as good with about any non-douchebag in it).

Nicholas Hoult is also pretty tiresome (although he did pretty good in Fury Road, I admit).

Biggest strike against this movie is Awkwafina. If she is involved, the movie is definitely shit.

The recent one where Cahe played himself agreeing to film a movie for a rich man is really good. It’s played a few times on the kf movie nights.

Fair enough, I will check it out. I'm not a Cage hater, I've just gotten my hopes up for a few of his better looking films and they've all been junk (the borefest that was Colour out of Space and the over-rated, dumb trash that was Pig - again, not really his fault those movies are bad, he does what he does...but they're still not good). And then he also does a bunch of those Bruce Willis tier trash movies, so my outlook is bleak.

Did she really name herself after bottled water?

who rose to prominence in 2012 when her rap song "My Vag"
Never mind, of course she did. I was expecting a black woman, but it just goes to show that wiggers come in all races.

This has a Non-zero chance of being good.
Cage has that old-Hollywood charm that they don't mint anymore. He could crap in my taco salad and I'd give it a non-zero chance of being good. I'm up to peep.

I hope this is good, I'm looking forward to a new decent vampire film. I wonder when it's supposed to come out in theaters?

I have zero idea who Nicholas Hoult is. So he's new to me. That's Awkwafina? I thought it was some black chick. God, I'm retarded. I stay away from most modern media and just come out of my rock for stuff like this. It looks like Cage is stepping into a more Johnny Depp style role here than his lunatic ravings in Vampire's Kiss. I just hope they don't screw this up.

Nicholas Hoult was really good in The Menu and s I do like Cages "Theater acting in a movie" style so really hoping the movie turns out good. I also went into the trailer blind (except I know where the name came from) so the whole thing was a delight to watch.

He was in Warm Bodies as R and is Czar whatever his name is in the Great. That's all the stuff I remember seeing him in.
