What cows have found god or have strange religious beliefs? Do you think they're sincere in their belief? Do they even understand the religion they talk about?
To start the thread. Three specific examples.
Sargon of Akkad
His turn to Christianity seems to be incredibly dishonest to me. I want to say he even admitted on an episode of Lotus Eaters (his podcast) that he doesn't believe in god, but demands everyone go to church. He doesn't give a reason, just vague nonsense about "tradition". From the outside looking in, it seems his conversion to Christianity is a larp done because that's what American right wingers on the internet do and he wants to be in that circle of YouTubers.
Razorfist
A content creator who always liked edgy jokes, and while he still does, he seems to be scaling back on that since having a renewed interest in religion. He used to end his show with the phrase "god fucking speed!", he has since dropped the "fucking". He's stopped wearing shirts with demons and pantagrams, and even joined in with "goonergates" finger wagging moralism. Almost as if he has trolls remorse.
Styx
The guy claims to be into the occult, and supposedly he edits grimoires as a profession. When he talks about it in terms of linguistics and rituals as good habits, it makes sense and can even be interesting. When he starts talking about casting spells and other nonsense it falls apart. I don't think he really believes that he saved Trump from assassins by casting a spell, but it's a joke that wore out almost immediately.
