THAT sounds like a Troon who had been previously hired for DEI quotas.
I was reading some "reddit, how did Pmurt LITERALLY RUIN YOUR LIFE ALL BY HIMSELF" thread to see if it was funny enough for content here (it wasn't), and one of the comments was like "once Trump cut USAID I lost my job and haven't been able to find work since".

These people have been bumped to the front of the line with such frequency that they honestly believe they're 99th percentile talent and cannot understand why they're not able to get jobs making 250k to tell dirt farmers why not letting their kids shack up with middle aged men is transphobic. I struggle to even refer to them as "delusional" because Western society as a whole exists solely to make DEI hires think they matter. It's not a delusion, it's a full on false reality they've been unwittingly installed into that is now slowly decaying and they don't understand what's happening.

Can't tell if bait or lazy bot shilling. Both?

Theres been a sharp uptick of Starmer cocksucking on Reddit even as he's sinking like a rock with the famously conservative general British population. Like everything bots are probably involved to some or a great extent. The post I got this from has some cocksucking but ironically the consensus is he hasn't been enough of a libtard.

Hopefully this post fits this thread, because it's more of an issue with social media in general than specifically with Reddit. But this post caught my attention:

The "I'd Die for My Child" Paradox (Archive)

I don't know why this video annoys me so much. Maybe it's just the presentation - which I have to say, is enough to get under my skin on its own. But this woman thinks she can lecture people about how to be a good parent when she doesn't even have kids herself? I just can't imagine the gumption necessary to take the lecturing tone here, about a subject you have zero first-hand experience with.

Her Medium page (i.e, a site that hosts op-ed thinkpieces for people who aren't good enough to be hired by an actual newspaper) is literally about both her parenting opinions and her childfree lifestyle, as if there isn't an inherent contradiction baked into that. Why should anyone listen to a childless millennial cat lady on what parents should or shouldn't do?

But the reason I'm sharing this here is because I believe this is more concerning when it's taken as indicative of a wider trend. When this isn't taken in isolation, I don't think this is simply "annoying but harmless".

I've generally noticed that when the topic of parenting comes up on social media, that the expectations placed on parents are incredibly high. This becomes more apparent in the comments:

I'm somewhat concerned that this focus on being better than 'the bare mimimum', that 'good enough' isn't good enough and that you must go above and beyond, will simply make the average social media user decide there is no point in even trying and they will just get a dog instead. Even if those people absolutely would be capable of being good parents, just not literally perfect. And that's a bit of an issue when society kind of needs people to have kids to keep going.

Think of how social media (and Reddit in particular) encourages people to go "no contact" with their family over fairly minor issues and disputes. You must never smack your kids, or yell at your kids, or even use a non-violent punishment like removing their bedroom door. You must always be emotionally available, and never fall back on "Just wait until your father gets home!", or "My house, my rules". You must make sure your kids have a phone or they will be isolated, but not too young or they will become an iPad kid. And if you don't do things perfectly, your kids should stop speaking to you as adults. All coming from people who don't have kids themselves.

The long-term result will be a society where the kids are incredibly loved and well-parented. But there are barely any of them.

... yeah I was with you until you started advocating for stuff that is legally quite literally considered child abuse or at least extremely controversial among normal, non-terminally online people in most of the developed world. Just because the redditors are retarded doesnt mean your oppositional take isnt also retarded.

You love and would do everything for your children but would you go to therapy, will you take the drugs, will you take your kids to therapy, will you get them the adderal and the HRT. you fucking bad mother you.

Redditors really can't go two seconds without bringing up therapy.. You are problematic and need to go to therapy to have the bad opinions extirpated, then you can be healthy and happy and well adjusted and morally correct just like them (the worst fucking people you've ever seen)

I personally do not smack my kids. The ubiquity of smacking throughout history makes sense when you consider the fact that for most of human history, there weren't many better ways to punish a kid. If you ask most people who are vehemently against smacking what punishments should be employed instead, it will typically be "Take their phone/game console/computer away". But that's only an alternative because the kids have a phone, a game console, and a computer in the first place. Imagine it's 1800 and you're raising your Victorian chimney sweep. He's acting out. What are you going to take away from him? Nothing, because he's got fuck all to begin with. Hence, you give him a smack. So while it's not something I would personally do, I can understand why it happens.

You even get this now - on /r/lowscreenparenting, a frequent topic is essentially "We're a no-smacking household, but I have no leverage, what do I do?".

Note that I also didn't just mention smacking. I also mentioned removing a kid's bedroom door. Controversial, but not "quite literally considered child abuse". But should it be? Because in some ways it's arguably harsher than being smacked, as it can last for weeks or even months. How many kids, if given the choice of punishment, would choose to go without their devices for an entire summer break, vs. being smacked? One lasts for a minute, the other lasts for twelve weeks.

But this is somewhat beyond the point. Someone, somewhere will always criticize you for what you do or don't do. And social media gives every "someone" a way to get into your face and judge you. It's an environment that is specifically designed to discourage doing anything, so for most people who take it to heart the 'rational' choice would honestly be to check out. You can also observe this with relationships/dating advice, but that's its own can of worms.

The person who posted that meme is Indian and one of the first things you see when visiting his profile is Blacked porn.

Not surprising to be honest.
Reddit is being psyoped by like 10 different governments. Us. Russia, China, India, Israel, and a few others probably.

It's sad most people on the site don't realize this.

The American vote is probably one of the most important things you can try to get. Even if you're a turd worlder. If that means spending millions of dollars to spin up bot farms to astroturf sentiment about a certain thing then it's probably worth the cost if you manage to get in a president that will support your agenda.

There's substantial evidence to suggest that reddit itself is a psyop.

There was a study once that showed like 60% of reddit's traffic came from one specific Air Force base that was a known COINTELPRO hub.

Controversial, but not "quite literally considered child abuse".
It is though in multiple countries unless its for actual safety reasons like the kid being on suicide watch according to child protective laws. Putting stuff of questionable legality right alongside the actual retarded shit redditors complain about like having to finish their dinner or no dessert muddles the message when the people judging you will also be CPS... Cant exactly keep minding my business if my job mandates me to file a tip about it.

Última edición:
God these people are so fucking stupid. "How someone goes from 'no girlfriend' to 'shooting spree' makes no sense!! The problem is something else!!"

Really? It makes no sense that young men who are more prone to violence might flip out and go postal if they aren't able to achieve what was once a normal human milestone? I'm not defending that kind of behavior, obviously, but you have a huge chunk of young guys who are completely lost with no job, no assets, no possible way of getting a girlfriend, and no future. No shit a bunch of them are going crazy.

You look at statistics right now and our younger generation is experiencing unprecedented rates of loneliness and being single. Not just the men, but women too, although men are having it worse in that regard. Nobody is ever owed a girlfriend, but it might help society if we made some changes to address this and make things just a little bit better for the half that's more prone to going psycho when they have nothing left to lose.

it's illegal in several countries to take a kids door off? I've never heard that, but I'm glad I don't live in those countries.
