I know someone earlier mentioned hating how people erase the sexual aspect of molestation and I agree, but it is true that a degree of pedophilia is about dominating and tainting a younger, more innocent psyche regardless of sex.
It depends, because there’s different pedophile offender profiles.
There’s “fixated” predators who are mentally retarded and/or so severely mentally ill it’s not really possible to ascertain their motives.
Another group is literal psychopaths who primarily want to sexually torture children and you can argue are much more into the “power” part. They have numerous different victim types, and are likely to also abuse animals and anything else weaker than they are.
The majority of pedos are preferential molesters or situational molesters. Preferential molestors are the Michael Jacksons of the world, groomers who have a “type” and usually go after a specific demographic of child.
Situational molesters are adults who normally experience attraction to other adults, but due to emotional immaturity or porn addiction or way too much time in a discord tranny echo chamber or whatever else, they end up interested in a specific child or minor. This can
sometimes not be aligned with the gender of adults they’re normally attracted to, which I theorize is because with enough conditioning degenerates can brainwash themselves into getting off on anything.
On that note, it’s also fair to say that sexual preference for children works more like a paraphilia than a true sexual orientation. Age is more relevant than gender, so you still shouldn’t trust a member of NAMBLA to babysit a bunch of little girls.
