When email was invented, Jack thought that a single household would share one email address (an astoundingly stupid assumption).

It's a very "boomer" idea, treating email like a landline telephone where there's just one per household (even though ISPs have never restricted the creation of multiple email addresses nor charged any extra for more than one).

I wonder if he and his wife were one of those couples with a joint Facebook account, too.

I always thought he was dryly funny on BOTW so it's odd seeing him sperg out like that

This is a common trait amongst Canuck personalities discussed on this site:

Fear of being prosecuted for whatever concerns they could express about their own nation and government has resulted in Canadians being buckbroken in a manner compelling them to act as though they can affect countries other than their own, while operating under the separate belief that Reddit, Xitter, and Bluesky are their only outlets for political participation.

They also have that whole Don Draper in the elevator relationship with America.

Ahh Rich Evans airily dismissing Trek's most nuanced and thoughtful take on religion; the fedora never disappoints.
I’ll never forget their commentary track on Robocop when Mike ponders Robocop’s faint remaining humanity, whether it’s a still functioning brain or the soul and Rich interjects “THERE IS NO SOUL. WE’RE INFORMATION IN MEAT.”
