It's a combo of going commando and the giant holes in her leyggins
Moving around, sweating, bleeding, dropping piss driblets - the pad slid out of place and was squeezed out a back hole by the sheer force of her mass against the elastic.

Tbh it makes sense why she wears no panties - just a waste of money and an added inconvenience during each accident. Plus infections.

I think she said "she's smart" to justify the fact that she's not freaking out/reacting properly to twinkie almost being run over. She's trying to justify her laziness and carelessness because she knows it's fucked.

And you KNOW if twinkie had gotten run over, we would be treated to an embellished sob story about how twinkie got out and they couldnt have caught her before she got hit. The only way I can visualise what it must feel like is at 500lbs she's carrying approx 4+ of me around, 24/7.

If she controlled her food intake, even a little, the weight would quickly drop off at her size = build up stamina by being able to walk for longer = more weight loss = more walking could be done. Yeah, it takes effort but bloody hell that effort would be less than hauling 500lbs about.
