Now I'm not a masochist, or a sadist for that matter.

I just realize that my tolerance for pain seems to have reduced since I stopped training for marathons, now I just feel like a big pussy like all the time.

Do you guys have recommendations for... non-damaging yet painful techniques to increase my tolerance? I don't need to pull a Taxi Driver and burn my hand and all that shit.

...why don't you just work out again if you're able?

Pain au Chocolat is pretty good, I hear.

Im partial to Pain de Campagne.

So...I mean what are you looking for exactly? Physical challenges? Have you tried Cross-fit? What about taking some kind of MMA thing?
Yeah, physical challenges are good.
I wouldn't mind finding someone to scrap with but I all of the one's I know are freakin' crazy. I don't want to die or break bones.
Cross fit isn't a bad idea
