It feels like the kind of thing Null might do to fuck with someone but then if he was in the mood to fuck someone over I think he'd probably just ban them outright instead.

It would depend on the subjective criteria of the staff member, because if you're going to be banned for an offense, they'll probably just ban you in general, or suspend you for x time.

As I see it, maybe it could be due to not only spam bad threads on here, but also get reported on a bunch of those, then a mod might ban/temp-ban you from Q&A specifically.
