that's probably because cloudflare raped most of the domains (suspect mike)

mike has connections to cloudflare CEO, it wouldn't be a surprise if he ordered all kiwifarms domains to be locked behind a fake connection timeout page
notice how the only domains that are alive are .ru and .hk (both have Let's Encrypt cert instead of Cloudflare Inc cert)
although i'm somewhat certain, this seems oddly sus
