Feedback Rating Descriptions

Would it be possible to get a textbox of rating descriptions when you drag your cursor over a rating? It would help a lot of people understand which rating to give a post.

I think it'd be nice to have a ratings explanation masterpost somewhere, since a lot of people have this question. But a lot of the fun of ratings is people taking them too seriously and complaining

I don't think it's needed since from what I see ratings are sometimes used jokingly and it's pretty simple to distinguish positive, neutral and negative ratings. Like what @cat posted, best to leave the users to figure it out and have fun with them.

Especially when a lowcow spams the neutral ratings as "revenge" on us, thinking it'll change a user's "score".
