Perfect example. After all, you were actually supposed to be sympathetic toward Anakin/Vader at this point in time. You were supposed to be sympathetic to the person you knew was turning into a villain. And instead, the only thought any thinking person had at this point in that movie was "why the fuck did I pay money to watch this?"
