Checked out the lgbt kid's page and they're something called Abrosexual so you can kinda guess why someone would make fun of them...

It's still illegal but where they aren't costing anyone a penny in profits, and the companies are acting so stupidly and spitefully as almost to be deliberately evil, it's really hard to give a shit or condemn anyone over breaking such a dumb law. Copyright is supposed to encourage the creation of things by rewarding their distribution by giving exclusivity to whoever does that.
I think it should actually just flat out expire if you don't use it for no good reason, at least for corporate authors who are doing the equivalent of a hoarders house with shit they'll never use it, as opposed to actual authors who may choose to sit on something forever. Even authors should lose that if they're dumb enough to die without destroying shit they don't want public. Fuck you, J.D. Salinger.

I don't particularly agree with people bootlegging stuff, but when it comes to things the copyright owners won't make available, the owners are unintentionally encouraging it and the bootleggers are doing us a public service.
