I am so sick of all these blackout posts. Not because of the selfies themselves, or because of what the day entails. I hate all those "why are there so many beautiful people on my dash, look at these goddesses, these flawless people" posts over and over.

Oh thank God I thought I was the only one, I swear I saw the same damn posts over 30 times yesterday with all that 'special snowflake ur a god/dess' crap. And I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't actually care that much about blackout because it's not like the majority of these people don't already post tons of selfies all the time.
Hey look it's not their fault they are oppressed by the patriarchy, if they don't immortalise every moment of there lives with photographs who the hell will not the man that's for sure.
That's one of the more desperate attempts to find racism that I've ever seen. The quote itself is obviously about hatred and how hate begets hate, so that person was ultra desperate to try and make themselves look like the moral champion.
Because they want to justify their hatred as righteous and paint those who tell them that it will consume them as being the enemy instead of concerned onlookers.
Their hatred does more damage to themselves and their own cause and they're too wrapped up in it to see it.
I can't help but imagine their response to that one: "But MLK was a man! A cis man! A heterosexual cis man! Who was friends with white people! Clearly he knows nothing about being oppressed!"

Also, apparently testing sex-workers for STDs is some kind of oppression or some shit. I'm not sure why they're outraged at public health, but this is tumblr.
Tumblr hypocrisy at it's finest. If this were a white person in blackface, they'd be doxxed and threatened with rape, torture, and death, but if it's the inverse, they get asspats from fellow Tumblrinas.
