see, lesbians complain about 'lesbians until graduation' and if they're a particular type of weirdo radfem, 'political lesbians', and sometimes they get called biphobic for this, and bi girls will complain about girls who pretend to be bi for male attention and sometimes they get called biphobic for that too--but there is, in fact, discussion on this, and i'm pretty sure everyone will agree there are straight women who pretend to be interested in women to titillate men or for other reasons. and people who pretend to be bisexual for edgy points, like emo girls in 2006. trannies don't allow dissent, ever. that's because the ratio of transtrender to real gender dysphoric people is way out of wack compared to fake lesbian to real lesbian.

Intersex people and transgender people are not the same people. Intersex people have abnormal sex determining chromosomal, hormonal, or genital development. They are what is commonly called hermaphrodites.

It's a physical medical condition. For example, there are XX males who have an insensitivity to the hormone that aids in male reproductive development- androgen. This insensitivity effected them in utero and sometimes they do not developed penises or external testicles at all. They have have a nearly complete set of female genitalia sans uterus and instead of ovaries they have testicles or what are known as streak gonads where they are not quite ovaries, not quiet testicles.

On the outside they look very much like female infants and get assigned female at birth. They will go through a female puberty naturally, identify as women, and will look no different from other women. They just can never have biological children. Some do not have typical female genitalia and will need surgery. Some do not identify as women, whether the male identified people with androgen insensitivity disorder consider themselves trans is up to them.

Most intersex people want to be their own community not apart of the trans community. It really chaps their ass when trannies co-opt their language and issues. For example the terms (coercively) assigned (fe)male at birth and designated (fe)male at birth were coined by intersex people. Transpeople dominate the gender identity discussion, and people think intersex people don't actually exist because they are such a small minority who for the most part don't want their condition to be known. The ones who are activists struggle to have their voices heard.

Intersexuality is a complicated topic, there are many different intersex conditions, and unlike popular belief not all intersex people are sterile. There is actually one that effect females bodied people that makes them hyper fertile. Sometimes the gonads do become cancerous, but it should be addressed when the risk becomes too great. Every intersex condition has projected gender identity, not all intersex people fit the mold of their condition. That doesn't give doctor's carte blanc to mutilate the genitals of babies, but the doctors and parents aren't evil for doing this, they just want the best life for the baby.

TL;DR - Intersexuality and transsexuality are not the same concept. They are very different and trans people co-opt intersex people's struggles. Intersex people can and will look no different from their same gendered peers, they aren't special snowflakes. They just want people to know they exist

David Reimer was mutilated in a botched circumcision. John Money advised the parents to reassign his sex and perform SRS on him then raise him as a girl, based on the theory that sex is just a social construct. This was absolutely disastrous and led to David de-transitioning as soon as he could and ultimately committing suicide. Despite the misery of the patient, Money committed a huge medical fraud and presented his unethical experiment as a huge success.

He also did other experiments with Reimer and his twin brother that can only be described as fetishistic sexual abuse.

Despite Money being exposed as a fraud and an abuser, and killing his patient, his bullshit "sex doesn't really exist" theory is the basis of modern tranny theory.
