From what the link shows, these people think that bi women are in reality lesbians who are "forced" to be bisexual because PATRIARCHY and LESBOPHOBIA and WEH WEH WEHHHH. Seems to be an extension of beliefs like "women are pure, men are dirty, women must stay away from men and remain pure" and "lesbians are soft and gentle and untainted", which are incredibly demeaning for us bi women in general since it means that not giving up the cock makes us "filthy" and "ruined".
