Wow, they hate Pearl so much. They also hate on her for apparently making the other characters "look bad." And a few pages down, I noticed a post/reblog (I don't remember which) whining about how disappointed they were that the fusion between Pearl and Rose Quartz was built like Pearl was and just had bigger hair instead of being fat. And they complained about the fusion having no personality when she was onscreen for, like, less than a minute.

A post like this seems to circle round every year. Excitingly, there have been some reactionary posts by Muslims basically saying "stop fucking patronising us". As this post implies that they're so weak-minded that just looking at food or seeing a picture of someone kissing is going to make them break their fast/act on desires. I'd say "they'd see that kind of stuff every time they leave the house anyway", but I guess we're talking about tumblr users here, so that's probably not a big concern.

Still, it amuses me because it's the good old "White people trying to earn brownie points get ticked off by the precious POC they're trying to protect".
