It's not that surprising. The only thing the average tumblr normie knows about this site is that it killed/stalked every single transperson ever. It's amusing she chooses to paint cows as some poor widdle mentally ill victim who needs help and kiwifarmers as Nazi-Pedophiles, especially since I can think of multiple people documented/mocked here who'd fit into that very category.

Tumblr is literally filled with nazis banning innocent trans women, who by the way have made every single popular post and meme on the site. This is BIGOTRY.

There was this one poll asking what height users are that has a very telling skew towards users being short.

To be fair, it does happen that trans folks who stay within tumblr guidelines will randomly get their blogs termed, which, when compared to things like the xenosatanists and pro contact radqueers openly running around and NOT getting the hammer, is a bit lame. But, iirc, Tumblrs mod team has always been shit.

Random deletions started becoming a thing way back when Tumblr first banned porn blogs. There were a lot of incidents of innocuous entries being blocked or marked as pornography. A lot of it was down to the automatic filter and blocking software being absolutely useless shit, but some incidents made no sense whatsoever, and appeals and requests for more information went absolutely no where. From the sounds of it, things haven't improved since then.
