I wish I knew more about Tumblr then I could find some crazy stuff, I did all the searching I could on the 'Safe Spaces' episode of South Park in hopes that Tumblr would lose their shit and be totally offended by it, but nothing,

Sometimes shit like that happens. I remember when I was 15, right after my grandpa's funeral, my family and I went out for lunch. I went to the bathroom, and when I came back, some guy asked me about his order. It took me a second but I eventually realized that he thought I was a waitress. I guess because I was wearing a black formal dress because of the funeral. He got really embarrassed when I told him I wasn't (I don't know why. I thought the incident was more mildly amusing than anything).
The guy was black, btw. But I consider that to be completely irrelevant to the story because unlike OP, I'm not a identity politics obsessed weirdo who instead recognizes people as individuals instead of automatic representations of their race.
The random Janis Joplin pic is what really sells it.
