Oh, I feel you. A pooner I know IRL who is the classic BPDemon variety got super paranoid after the election, quit the first good adult job they had, drove to Canada and is now attempting to overstay their tourist program. I hope they never figure out a way to make tranny womb transplants. I can't imagine how many children will be abandoned if trannies are allowed to live out their breeding fetish dreams. My concern here is women from poor countries getting exploited the same way they are for surrogacy and egg donation. Transition is just a black hole that they will keep dumping every possible thing into while never being satisfied because they will never become the opposite sex.

I'd like to ask the users of this thread: Who do you think should be held responsible for facilitating the trans movement and why?

Blaming the rise of the trans movement and ideology squarely on one specific demographic doesn't make any sense and is quite unfair. Seeing the same posts again targeting one specific group for all the negative aspects of the trans ideology on this forum also gets very old and grating fast. Some male users here on the farms believe Feminism, the gay rights movement, and women as a whole are 100% responsible for causing the modern trans movement today. I've read posts by radfems both on Twitter and the Kiwifarms who put the blame solely on gay men for what's going on.

I don't think the envisioned future that second or first wave feminists had in mind included crossdressing men crybullying and walking all over women as the end goal of women's liberation. Nor do I believe the wealthy gay men who fund many trans advocacy groups are entirely representative of every single gay guy.


It's difficult to point the finger at who is exactly at fault for all the trans lunacy. A number of people and organisations over the decades in the trans movement, in my opinion, are culpable rather than a few demographics. As we all know, academics, quack doctors and physicians, enabler activists, and the modern left consisting of both men and women who have drunk the gender kool-aid directly contributed to this mess.

No, you can't really blame a single entity for the current state of affairs.

But if I had to, it would be Yahoo for making Tumblr less user friendly, culminating in a botched porn ban in 2018 (banning "female presenting nipples" while leaving the site overrun by porn bots) which caused a mass exodus to other websites. That did more damage to the broader internet than people know. I've seen mentions of the fact that a lot of current PC terminology originated on Tumblr, but people don't connect Yahoo buying the site in 2013 with the eventual spread of Tumblrisms in the mid to late 2010s. I'm not sure where the post is, but someone was able to prove that a lot of troon science talking points were invented by a 19-year-old Tumblr user. Tumblr is ground zero for gender ideology in its current form.

It speaks to the truth of it that they say they transition because "they don't fit into societies rigid gender roles" but then are almost comical stereotypes of sexual differences in behavior.
Really reinforces the idea that transgenderism is just escapism from the problems you have with yourself that you refuse to try and understand, its some weird combination of a lack of self awareness but also a hyper self consciousness.

Maybe this was asked before but why do they always talk like this? I have never in my life ever herd actual women refer to each other as "cuties" or use words like beyond girly. How do people not see that these guys get their ideas of being a woman through sitcoms and porn? Apologies if this isn't the correct thread: I recently got back in touch with a friend I'd known for 10+ years throughout our turbulent teenage years and early 20s. He had been pretty mentally solid and stable, but apparently decided--after his therapist asked apropos of nothing--he was a trans woman late last year. And now he's insane and shockingly unstable in a way he never had been before. He's fully embraced this idea of being a 'borderline personality disorder princess' and mused about creating self-harm scars because they're 'femme coded'.
I've spent years of being basically supportive toward trans people--if a little suspicious--and insisting to myself that they're not hurting anyone, but I can't help but feel he's just portraying his notion of what a woman is after only knowing mostly batshit ones online. It's like he's committed himself to performing a horrible caricature and I want to ask him, "is this really what you think a woman is?" but of course that's not going to go over well, I know he's too deep into it all now to respond in any way other than dismissively accusing me of ~transphobia~.

I can't stop thinking about how this person I knew who had been a paragon of rational, considerate and measured responses is now exploding at me for sending hair care tips (for things that took me years to understand myself); am I doing it because he's balding, he asks. I had always suspected the vast majority of 'trans women' were just trying to fill a psychological void with what they perceived to be a solution but it's never been more apparent to me than now. What a disaster.

Also, are troon Jews or troon Muslims more common in terms of them being the most "oppressed" religions? Just some musings that I have been thinking what I read in deep thoughts. Someone mentioned how HRT hit the nerd, or well, any online community like niggers were hit by crack back in the day. To an extent, I really believe he is right about it. How many hobbies that were frequented by nerds and any group were hit by HRT and troonism? That greasy admin who made games, or helped with coding now thinks he's an anime girl because of tranny propaganda, the weeb addicted to tranime resulted in the same thing, those fujos who wrote the crappy y/n fanfictions back in the early 2010s and 2000s? Most of them pooned out and chopped their breasts off. The slightly annoying autist? He trooned out because he was told he would be better as a girl.


Some of those may have been annoying autists that we mocked back in the day. But it's still sad with how many hobbies, nerds, autists etc. were all destroyed, and makes me very upset. Online communities really have been hit by HRT and troonism, and will probably never recover or take a very long time to recover since how many troons weaseled themselves into power, and ban any dissenters. Tranny fatigue may heal it all, but we will probably face years, or even decades if we do heal.

I know a woman in her 30s who's non-binary and goes by they/them pronouns. I've seen a picture of her and she's an overweight white woman. She doesn't do anything in terms of transitioning. No HRT, no surgery, etc. Of course she's a huge supporter of DEI and because she identifies as non-binary, she gets all the praise and benefits for having a special identity and nobody is allowed to question her. This is what frustrates me with any non man and woman identity. You can identify as non-binary, genderfluid, agender, etc and no one is allowed to question you otherwise its "Transphobia". How do these people know that the person is being sincere? Even if these people are being genuine, how is this not a case of insecure people who think if they don't follow the stereotypical expectations of being a man or a woman that they're neither?

I went all my life up to 2021 without ever having one single interaction in a business or social setting with a male who had breast implants so large and conspicuous it was uncomfortable to even look in his direction. Since then I have had two such interactions, and have seen a fair number more in (non)passing. It's grotesque. It should count as a form of passive sexual harassment.

In a roundabout way, I almost... appreciate transgenderism. I don't appreciate trannies or what they do or how they try to convert troubled kids into being trans. But I've come to appreciate that if a grown adult self-describes as trans, there is a 99% chance they have unmanaged autism, porn addiction, inability to treat women like normal people, or some other trait that makes them think "demanding everyone else pretends I'm a different sex than I observably I am? sounds feasible and like the answer to my problems!" It's like having the phrase "I AM BAD NEWS" tattooed on their forehead in neon pink and blue, so I know to avoid them. I shouldn't phrase it like I've always been too smart to interact with trannies, because I haven't. And I would like to be fair to detrans/desisted people who dealt with their problems and got out of that crab bucket.
