He'd cower in fear and then have power fantasy's about beating them up, while getting worse but trying to hide his misbehaviour as a coping mechanism / act of rebellion.
With Chris physical punishments mean nothing, you have to deprive him of something he feels entitled to and you have to do it very quickly when he misbehaves and keep it away from him no matter how much he acts up for the punishment to sink in and correct the behaviour, you could pavlovian him into acting right through acts of violence but it wouldn't stick and when he feels safe he will slip back into old well worn groves but if you remove what he wants from the equation and keep him from having it he will correct his behaviour.
