I looked at the yearbook pics, and what Chris called "prom" was clearly that breakfast banquet, pre graduation. What a dumbass.

Liquid was in the "VALEDICTORIAN" square, of course. I did re-scan a certain individual from the A's though.

Maybe some eagle-eyed trolls can figure out if he really went to prom or not, or Where's-Waldo him out of the bleacher pic.

I have a feeling this is him on the top of the left side of the M.

It's a typical shitty yearbook halftone image of a giant group shot, so it's not easy. But it looks like the person is wearing glasses, unlike most of the Manchester JERKS, and the hair length looks about right. It's also probably a safe bet that Chris wouldn't be sitting down in front where all the jocks and cool kids are, and this is about as far to the back as you can get for a guy in that photo.

Probably is him. Everyone else seems to be shoulder to shoulder, while there seems to be a gap around him.

The yearbook makes it look like Chris didnt go to prom. The thing he calls prom looks like that Baccalaureate and Banquet thing. Semi-informal. Looks like that was in the morning, then the award ceremony, then at night the prom.

I speculate he went to the morning thing, got pissy at the award thing, the photo was taken before that, or they shoved him in the back so you didnt have to look at his teary face, then went home with mummy.

Or at least that was what i was thinking until I saw prom3.jpg. Theres people in Tuxes the top RIGHT picture, but people in casual in top left. It looks like two separate things, but i cant imagine people changed half way through? Theres a guy in a T-shirt with a girl in a Roman theme prom dress? maybe just southern hicks who cant be formal.

Given the lengths they went to in order to keep Chris sated and themselves at peace, it's kind of curious that Bob 'n' Barb would make such an oversight as this.

Unless it went something like:

(Behind Chris, who starts going tearily wide-eyed, Bob makes several "ix-nay on the ot prom-nay" gestures.)

well theres a couple pictures of Kelly A. Andres, and yes she is wearing the same dress in both. I believe the prom woulda been a nighttime thing tho surely? looking at the pictures in the yearbook it shows dancing and silly merriment, Chris's show awkward milling around getting food. The pics are in black and white and indoors and shit, but do they not feel like night time to anyone else?

It looks like the banquet, award ceremony and prom were all on the same day.

Another thing, there was a note in the back of the yearbook about how Chick-Fil-A donated 200 sandwiches (that's 800 q-sands to us) for the post-prom party.

Kind of off topic, but is Chris still going with the whole tomgirl thing because none of his recent pictures seem to suggest it (besides the pigtails in the last two profile pictures). Maybe Chris is going through a rebellious stage which is why he is so reluctant to cut his hair short again.

Well, are you asking if he's dressing up and doing makeup regularly? If that's what you're asking, no, he's not. He's too lazy to do that every day. Or, well, he might be wearing what he regarded as tomgirl clothes, because that's not any extra work.

Or are you asking if he considers himself a tomgirl? If so, then yeah, he does.

And nah, Chris isn't being rebellious. Chris has his opinions on whatever, and he hates people contradicting him. He's always been that way.
