So has Enter ever mentioned watching non-Cartoons? I get that for his shows he would mostly talk about kids shows but surely he's referenced non-animated stuff.

If you can tolerate the bad parts of an episode for the good parts it's not really worth complaining about. A couple statements? Sure. A whole video because of one or two scenes? Probably not worth doing.
If the whole episode is bad and it's a common situation, that show may just not be your thing. I garuntee some people love it though and that's why it's still on TV.
