I think what bothers me the most about Growing Around is how the characters lack any sort of personality. They're so passionate about writing a slice of life show, a genre that depends on having interesting characters, and all they have are blank slates.

Exactly. The characters, if you can even call them that, are just so bland. The dad is there just for Enter to have a self-insert, the mom just sort of...exists, the son is an annoying brat, and the daughter is basically a ripoff of Mabel Pines, except not funny or interesting in the slightest. And then there's that fucking horse...

I still don't know (and I'm not sure I want to know) why or how a suburban family living in a probably two story home with a probably tiny backyard owns a five foot tall horse.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to call bullshit on this. Some people have physical disabilities that prevent them from doing these things. Balance problems, poor eyesight with severe field loss, etc. Does being physically disabled now count as being a manchild? I sure hope not. Enter's just lazy.

I know people who are autistic that are smart and much more productive than Enter. In fact, they dislike the Enters, Chris Chans, or 03bgoods.

So, if Enter takes this to a network, how much is he going to rage when he gets rejected?

It's hard to say, but there's a few possibilities:
1. He won't rage at all. Instead, he'll pretend to have depression over it and let his autistic fanbase do the raging for him.
2. He'll find someone to blame. Who will it be? Casey Alexander? Seth Macfarlane? Viacom? All of the above? Whoever it is, every video he makes afterwards will be full of hateful rants and thinly-veiled death threats towards them.
3. He'll go to Wal-Mart and vandalize the Spongebob DVDs, pepper spray the manager, and demand they don't call anybody.

The fact that discussion of Mr Enter alone is enough to cause such outrage in the chatbox is only further proof that there needs to be a subforum. I have never seen people get so riled up over something so silly and trivial as the idea of dedicating a subforum to a lolcow who has a billion fans, many of whom are lolcows in their own right, and all of whom put out so many hilarious things it's almost impossible to keep up.

Read the wiki, read some of the threads...I don't get the interest. He's about on par with 90% of the never-ending parade of youtube "nerd reviewers". He has an idea for a show that's somewhat stolen from other failed pilots and is kinda dumb...so are a lot of things on DA and youtube.

I literally have no idea why anyone cares about Mr. Enter one way or the other. He's certainly no lolcow. He's not even a particularly bad reviewer as far as Youtube goes.

He is a train wreck of a human being, and the fact that he has so many sycophantic retards that follow him is even more bemusing. This could be the start of something beautiful were he to react. But that would be a human emotion and outside of cartoons, he has no guidelines on human conduct because of his autism.

I am glad this dude is getting some attention. He is seriously troubled.

The fact of the matter is that this subforum isn't really about Mr. Enter himself, it's about the Entersphere.

On it's own, Enter is not a lolcow. But when you couple him with a bunch of fanboys who harrass SpongeBob writers because Enter chimped out over an episode written by them, dream about him eating his arm and then doing "something" to them (an infamous Enterbot's actual words), or are 30-something and still live in their mom's basement obsessing over cartoons, the hilarity is served.
