If Phil keeps bitching and whining about his hair, why doesn't he go back to a crew cut? He doesn't have to maintain it, he can do it for free at home, and it couldn't look worse than it does right now.

Also why does he feel the urge to constantly use those dumb little gifs in his tweets? It's very cringy seeing a grown man posting kittens and other random shit.

He has a giant bald spot that he's afraid detractors will make fun of him for. Hiding the bald spot is one of the reasons he has the hairstyle he has now (besides wanting to look like a greasy Italian stereotype)

Oh that's easy. Most of them are ESL kids who likely find Phil's piss weak vocabulary and tendency to repeat himself very easy to understand. It's also somewhat harder for them to use context with why he's a joke of a person who has nothing but contempt for people because they just don't grok some of the subtler moments of Phil being a shitboot.
