Liv Tyler has two faults.

One, she actually has broad shoulders. She understands how to dress to minimize that, but once you see her slip, you can't unsee it. It's a minor thing, I'm picking at nits. Two, her father looks like a fishman from Lovecraftian horror and while his daughters dodged the worst of those genes, they're still here. Lurking, just waiting to skip a generation or two. I take light-eyed brunettes seriously, they're almost the bane of my existence.

She's actually aged very well. I know genetics aren't a certainty, but I'm always shocked how Steven Tyler's kids didn't end up looking like him.

But yes, you're right about her dad. One of the reasons I adore Liv Tyler is that her dad is possibly the ugliest mofo on the planet. That makes her otherworldly looks/sexiness even more crazy IMO.

Sure, her proportions are good for it, which is why you don't notice it most of the time. She's really good at minimizing too. There's some lizard part of my brain, probably from all the German farming stock I come from that likes the hot and sturdy look.

It really is mind boggling. I know he's banged some serious hot women, but he must have some weak ass genes or something. Now, I don't recommend looking up her sister Mia these days. She was always a bit heavy, but she looks like she's going full HAES.

I'm one of those assholes who likes heavier women, so you telling me she has a heavier sister got me pretty damn excited 8)

I agree, the genes are something of a minefield, but I guess that's something us men have to deal with.

Edit: Looked up Mia Tyler -- yeah she has the whole "I'm old, but I have lots of tattoos which makes me an interesting girl, right? Please talk to me." vibe women from the Pacific Northwest have. :( However, she was a cutie when younger (at least given my tastes):
